Introduction
Altium Legal actively manages a hand-picked panel of specialist property lawyers to offer fast, efficient and cost-effective conveyancing services to thousands of clients throughout the UK.
Altium Legal services started as a new brand of business of our existing client who were looking to expand their conveyancing services through a network of Partners. Altium Legal's partners login to their Partner Portal and instantly generate Conveyancing Quotes to refer to their clients. It works as mini-crm for the partners to completely track the status of the cases of their clients from start till end.
Regur team worked closely with the Altium Legal to develop a Partner Portal which functions exactly as per their business requirements and integrates into their existing system seamlessly.
The Challenge
Altium wanted to provide a very easy to use Conveyancing Quote Calculator which it's Parnters and users can use to generate quotes instantly for their clients and track the status of the quotes. The system should help the Partners to close the deal with their clients and convert into instruction, which is later referred to Altium to be worked upon further.
The external Partner Portal System need to be seemlessly integrate with the existing quote management system of our client, along with partner management, user management, configuration of each partners, invoicing and billing and CRM.
The Solution
The Regur technical team developed a robust software archietecture to support the future growth of the business. We developed the entire system on a PHP MVC framework called Laravel.
Software Development Methodology
Regur implemented Agile software development methodology where the product owners where constantly kept in loop. Each feature was developed in sprints involving thorough discussion and planning of the features through personal calls, discussions and mockups to understand the flow and the business requirements.
Before launching a feature the system goes through a rigourous testing with a thorogh deployment plan and testing. This ensures a single-click deployments and bug free feature.
