

Pinlocal wanted a bespoke CRM system which will allow its agents to manage their conveyancing consumers and partners. Leads coming from various websites, affiliate websites and partners need to be managed in a central system and allocated to various sales agents to convert the leads into instructions.
Regur developed a bespoke CRM system that could be customized according to workflow requirements using configurations and work-flow rules.
The challenge was to develop a CRM system that would fit into their existing system without compromising on any requirements. Pinlocal wanted its sales agents to work on leads concurrently without stepping over each others leads.
It should be very easy for the sales agents to update the quotes, send emails to consumers and view history of actions and events happened on the lead. When the consumer is ready it should be very easy to convert the lead into and instruction and allocate to the choosen law firm and intimate the consumers.
Managers and team leaders must have a complete overview of the leads, instructions and their status and govern the entire process.

Regur developed started with a well planned archietecture of the system as it need to be integrated within the existing system. We implemented the MVC software architecture at the core of the system with a perfectly normalized database design to store the data.
Regur followed the Agile software development methodology where the product owners where constantly kept in loop. Each feature was developed in sprints involving thorough discussion and planning of the features through personal calls, discussions and mockups to understand the flow and the business requirements.
Each feature being developed was constantly being reviewed by client. There were many aspects/flows where the client were not clear about the system flow, in those cases we did quick developments which were reviewed and tweaked to develop a system exactly as per the client requirements.
We developed a bespoke CRM for PinLocal for managing the incoming conveyancing leads from different channels. We understood their core business models and future plans and built a system which not only full-filled the present needs but was perfectly tuned for future growth.

Many complex functions and features were implemented to meet the workflow requirements of sales agents, managers and to make the lead conversion process easy and pleasant for the consumers.
